A1 and B1 examinations for in-service promotion of constables in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police for the year 2019 will be held on 10th and 24th March respectively through ETEA
The A1 and B1 examinations for in-service promotion of constables in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police for the year 2019 will be held on 10th and 24th March respectively through ETEA. Constables fulfilling all laid down procedures and formalities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police force can submit their applications for appearing in the said examinations. It may be recalled that in order to ensure merit, transparency and fair play, A1 and B1 examinations for in-service promotion of constables were awarded to ETEA last year. A large number of constables appeared in the said examinations last year which shows overwhelming response and confidence of the force jawans on the process. The success of the process set examples for other provinces and departments to follow it. Roll number slips to candidates appearing in B1 examination will be issued on 28th February and its examination will be held on 10th March while its result will be displayed on ETEA website on 13th March. Similarly, roll number slips to candidates appearing in A1 examination will be issued on 17th March and its examination will be conducted on 24th March while its result will be uploaded on ETEA website on 27th March. The final merit list of B1 examination and A1 examination will be available for the candidates on 20th March and 10th April respectively. The Inspector General of police Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Salahuddin Khan Mehsood while expressing satisfaction over this system has said that nepotism and favoritism has no room in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police and this system will provide equal opportunity to the force jawans for attaining high rank in the force through sheer hard work and capabilities. He hoped that only talented and eligible candidates will get promotion under this system which will ultimately pave way for formation of professional force in near future.
