Inspector General of Police Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Dr. Muhammad Naeem Khan met with a deligation of MCMC members from Lahore.
A 17-member Mid-Career Management Course delegation of National Institute of Management Lahore attending a briefing on Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police in CPO today. The delegation led by Muhammad Farooq Adeel, is on an inland study tour now-a-days.
DIG Headquarters briefed the delegation with the help of different slides about policing in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. They were told about the organizational structure functioning, confronting challenges and future way forward. The delegation was also told about the recently introduced reforms, enactment of different laws, police Act 2017 and police public service projects in detail. Regarding a question about policing in the newly merged districts, they were informed that step by step initiatives are being taken for introducing effective policing in the area.
The members of the delegation included Pakistan Audit and Accounts Service Shahid Rahman and Meesam Abbas Khawaja, Land Revenue Services Zubair Khan and Tariq Javed, Ministry of Defence Muhammad Nadeem, Ministry of Religious Affairs Zahid Mehmood, Office Management Group Rushna Fawad, National Accountability Bureau Nadeem Ahmad Shahid, Election Commission of Pakistan Aamir Javed and Muhammad Shahid, Pakistan Administrative Service Saadia Tehreem, Foreign Service of Pakistan Irfan Mahmood Bokhari, Aviation Division Muhammad Tahir Khan, Office Management Group Afshan Sabir, Intelligence Bureau Jamil Ahmed and Police Service of Pakistan Naveed Atif.
